A 47-year-old man with two years of slowly progressive pain and weakness and difficulty walking.

1.1  Review the CT, MR, and bone scan below. Likely causes for the iliac bone resorption would include:
A Hyperparathyroidism
B Surgical bone graft donor site
C Engelmann Camurati syndrome
D Renal cell metastases
E Gorham-Stout disease (GSD)
