The patient is a 74 year-old male brought to the emergency department following a witnessed collapse.  This patient has a past medical history significant for hypertension and three prior ischemic events.

1.1 Review the noncontrast cranial CT examination performed upon the patient's arrival to the ED. (Please respond to the following with TRUE or FALSE.) (Please respond to the following with TRUE or FALSE.)
T F    Subarachnoid hemorrhage is present.
T F    A focal area of decreased attenuation is identified in the left frontal region compatible with an acute infarct.
T F    These findings may be seen following the administration of heparin for a presumed acute CVA
T F    A normal gray matter/white matter differentiation pattern is present.
