dyspnea. Cardiac risk factors include hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, and hypertension.

The myocardial stress perfusion (technetium Tc-99m tetrofosmin) scan demonstrates:

A	Ischemia in the left circumflex distribution

B	Ischemia in the right coronary distribution

C	Ischemia in the left anterior descending distribution

D	Ischemia in the left circumflex and left anterior descending distribution

E	Global ischemia involving all territories
