54-year-old male patient with severe dyspnea

1.1 Review the CT and PET images below. What is the most likely diagnosis?
A Right renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with bilateral pulmonary emboli (PE) probably due to lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
B Right renal infarct, right renal vein thrombosis and bilateral PE
C Right RCC, right renal vein thrombosis and bilateral pulmonary tumor emboli
